Hello all, my name is Tamara and I am a physical therapist providing massage & holistic movement therapy in Milton Keynes and London near Bethnal Green.

The base of my style is TuiNa, which covers a range of things. I have worked with a variety of different people in all age groups, from pro athletes, day workers to artists and creatives. Covering anything from an old or new injury, muscular/skeletal pain, internal imbalances, energy flow, movement blockages, tiredness, stress and much more! (I do not cover or services).

I originally began as a dancer/dance teacher, doing this for plus 10 years, where I was challenged with a lot of health issues growing up, which made things extremely difficult for me. I chose to begin getting Traditional Chinese medicine & TuiNa treatments weekly, where my health began improving massively and I managed to reverse pretty much all my internal dis-eases. This was quite a life changer and led me to want to learn more about this, which is when my company Movements Medicine, was birthed.

I am based in Milton Keynes & London and my team is in London.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

I and the team are based in The Hub Studios, Bethnal Green.
Availability:
Tuesdays: 9am - 10pm
Wednesdays: 1030am - 930pm
Fridays: 2pm - 10pm
Saturdays: 10am - 6pm
