I have travelled the world and worked for over ten years in the holistic arts, both as a massage therapist and a talking therapist, combining different principles to heal mind, body, and spirit!

I offer Swedish, Deep tissue, and Sports massage, and I can focus on feet, hands, Head and Face massage. I apply soothing, swirling Naturopathic massage using Thai, Chinese and Ayurvedic techniques. You will feel the body become lighter and younger; lymphatic drainage, Ayurveda style, and tradition are the cornerstones of my massage. My massage is something different than anything you have experienced. This is a multi-sensory, spiritual, mind and body experience, with strength and healing energy.

Ayurveda is a way of life-based on ancient Indian traditions. Massage is a key part of Ayurveda and focuses on the energy systems of the body through physical touch and emotional channelling. Toxins are flushed out of the body, and you will feel deeply relaxed. All levels of the body are restored and balanced. Massage removes tensions and emotional blocks to help you make emotional insights and breakthroughs in your life.

I FIND ISSUES IN THE BODY AND FIX THEM

I use my hands to fix issues with the mind and body. This is the essence of massage and the healing arts, which I enjoy and pass on to my clients, which I am about, and which I share completely with you.

I specialise in finding latent issues quickly, homing in naturally, and resolving the issue at hand. I am very light and happy, and you will love my energy and good company. You will also feel sensations of deep relaxation after my session is complete.

I use hot oil, grape seed, almond oil, and only certified organic aromatherapy oils.
