Hello, I'm Kasha, a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist. I'm a mobile therapist working in Muswell Hill and Crouch End.

How do I differ? I listen. Your health and well-being goals are my focus. You will never get a routine treatment and each and every session will be different as your body will prompt me what to do.

Your therapeutic needs vary from day to day hence I know exactly what to do in order to help you meet these needs. I do make sure you will receive excellent care - always delivered with a smile.

Since I remember I was always interested in different kinds of physical activities, fitness, well-being and generally healthy living. As a dancer, I experienced various aches and pains and that was the time when I realised that massage can relieve the pain and is the best way to fully restore the body.

I started my journey with bodywork therapies over 20 years ago in Asia, studying various techniques such as Thai Yoga Massage, Thai Oil Massage and Aromatherapy in the famous Wat Po in Bangkok.

As the years progressed I became interested in the more clinical side of hands-on work, deciding to expand my knowledge and skills and now I am a fully qualified BTEC level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist with a diploma from the renowned Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage.
