SWEDISH MASSAGE & DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE with Raynor Naturopathic Therapy

Swedish massage, utilising Raynor Naturopathic Massage (RNM), is a perfect way to relax in a warm ambient atmosphere and relieve muscle tension, reset any postural problems that have developed from repetitive motions or overuse of specific muscles.

During a Deep Tissue Massage, a firm pressure is used to release adhesions & ‘Knots’ in the deepest layers of muscle tissue. This will ease physical tensions, increase the range of motion, relieve persistent & chronic pain, and reduce stress and anxiety

The Goal of Raynor Naturopathic Massage (RNM) is to return the body to its’ natural state of relaxation. The word “relax” literally means to bring back to a state of looseness

Depending on your preferences, all Massage sessions include a Head, Neck & Face massage, a Feet & Hands reflexology therapeutic massage, and an abdominal (tummy) massage.
