Swedish massage is a perfect way to relax in a warm ambient atmosphere to relieve muscle tension, reset any postural problems that have developed from repetitive motions, or overuse of specific muscles.

Raynor Naturopathic Massage (RNM) is a holistic system of full body deep tissue Massage.

The Goal of Raynor Naturopathic Massage (RNM) is to return the body to its’ natural state of relaxation. The word “relax” literally means to bring back to a state of looseness.

It draws inspiration and practice based in Ayurvedic Massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine & Massage modalities: Reflexology - includes Foot reflexology, Hand, Head, Face and Neck therapeutic massage.

With the approval & permission of the client , all Massage sessions include Head, Neck & Face massage, and Foot & Hand reflexology therapeutic massage

I use draping throughout the massage to protect the client's privacy and modesty
