Greetings! I'm a therapist who itioned from the field of Midwifery in 2019 to establish a full-time Holistic Therapy business. My journey began in 2011 with Expectancy, delving into complementary therapies like Aromatherapy, acupressure, reflex zone therapy, and massage, specifically for natural labour induction, pregnancy ailments, and pain relief in labour.

My commitment to learning led me to study acupuncture for pain relief in labour at University College Hospital, London, in 2014. During a stint in Okinawa, Japan, in 2015, I expanded my expertise by becoming a certified doula with doulas of North America (DONA). Working with the Birth Education Center of Okinawa, I provided complementary therapy services to pregnant women within the military.

In 2016, I took a break from Midwifery and worked in a high-end Spa near Silverstone. There, I received gold standard training in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Body Scrubs, signature treatments, and Facials, specializing in Elemis, Espa, and Neals Yard Remedies, with a current preference for NYR in all my treatments. Furthering my skills, I completed a course in Hot and Cold Stone Massage with the TEWC academy in Kettering in 2019 and studied basic Aromatherapy blending in 2020. Relocating to Hampshire in November 2021, I hold a valid DBS check.
