I'm an experienced soft tissue therapy specialist and I offer sports, deep tissue, and holistic massage treatments. I have been working in the health and fitness industry for several years now as a massage therapist and personal trainer.

Common examples of conditions I treat include tennis elbow (pain on the outside of the elbow) or golfers’ elbow (pain on the inside of the elbow), neck and shoulder pain, lower back pain, sciatica, and general muscle soreness.

I also do a strong but relaxing massage to release tension and stress.

In addition, I can incorporate a cleansing body scrub at the end of any massage treatment.

I'm fully insured and first aid trained.

For treatments I use a comfortable massage table, massage wax or almond oil and shower facilities are available.
